Another college web project

Hi guys

if you don't mind checking out the banner on my current college project and letting me know what you think

this is not any form of spam and that should be clear by the fact their is actualy nothing at the site just my template

any feed back would be great because i've 2 weeks to compete this and it's about all im passing

main work done is the rollover buttons which also spin the wheel to its respected button
also the website title is a button and thats about it they havn't been linked yet because i havn't made the pages

UPDATE::

for anybody with posts before this they site has been further updated

still no content

but they finaly fully designed layout/tamplate is finished

along with a flash intro that we have to include dont judge im only doing it a few weeks

and also a guestbook at the homepage feel free to sign thats for any body's advice
