My latest drawing. A Ford Focus. This took me an hour to draw. i had a reference pic for perspective but i changed most of the body kit around.

yea i want to shade it but i did not feel like doing it at the time.

I mean, do you just look at it and compare to your work or do you trace it or?

yea i just look at it and try to draw what i see. usually i lightly draw the car how its shown and then ill erase parts to add a bodykit and stuff to help stay in perspective. back when i was little(8 or so) i used to trace everything so i think that helped to learn the basics. i dont trace anything anymore because then i dont feel as good about the drawing.

Word bro..

The ones I´ve done i had a ref pic then measured the lines on it, multiplyed them by 2,5 and drawn them onto paper..
Some call that tracing, i call it patience..
