can you tell me how to set pen tool, because it keeps filling my selections instantly with color. I've never worked with pen tool so I have problems. I point and click, but when I made third point it starts making filled shapes.

Easy fix here. When you are using the pen tool and begin setting anchor points, the pen tool will fill it with color. A way to turn this off when you're using the pen tool is once you've set your first anchor point with the pen tool, go over to your layers palette (press F7 to bring this up if you don't have it up already) and set the FILL to 0%.
