Its not a complete toon imo since you kept the original background

For a first try its very nice. You should try to focus a little more at the details.

also, I'm not really sure, but i don't think toons have reflections, at least i have never seen a toon with reflections

Its ok to have reflections if they're brushed.
Thats the thing with toons. everything is supposed to be brushed.
